All I'm going to say is Frontier has a major technical support center out here in Texas and having known people who've worked there, well, heads up. If ANYTHING goes wrong, the field technicians out in Rochester are horrible. The phone technicians out of state will do everything in their ability to get you back online, but the field techs half the time don't call before showing up and cancel tickets because no one was there. Where's the logic in that you didn't even call? Anyways, with your luck, you'll probably never have to call to have a technician sent out.
