Morning update

We have GOT to get some new icons for this account, goddamn.

Having a fairly pleasant morning so far, though getting a little exasperated by constant texts from mom and dad X_X seems like a rough morning for them. Our brother punctured his foot with a dirty rake and is in the emergency room. I can tell Dad's lonely and anxious cause he keeps texting and it is deeply overstimulating me. 😩

I wanted to play a video game today and I started up Tunic which is lovely and perfect to play while im doing other things. but between the texts and the cats I can't concentrate so right now I'm hiding in the dark in the basement and I'm going to listen to quiet music and edit. I'll try to play a game maybe tomorrow.

Basically I'm just trying to find things to distract myself from tumblr which has just become incredibly poisonous and toxic to mental health. I think anybody who spends any time there knows exactly what I mean.

Have to re-train my brain to do something aside from social media. I uninstalled it from my phone.

The Passage of Time

Ooogh. Just found out that one of the singers we listened to in high school put out a 20th anniversary recording of one of her songs. DX Had it stuck in our head today because it was an old blorbo song (becasue of course it was) and saw the 20th anniversary version.

How time fucking flies, eh?
