Dead Languages

Is there anyone on my flist who can translate short phrases into Latin with a good degree of accuracy?

The phrase I need is "Rule the world!" as a command. As in "you there, rule the world!"

Steve is paying me $120 for doing the cover of one of the books for his press Tiger Bark Press). It was like 4 hours work. I would have been happy with $50. :D
